Google Enters the Real Estate Business

You knew it was only a matter of time before Google started making real use of all those real estate listings in Google Base. Erick Schonfeld from Business 2.0 reports today:

As anticipated, Google is now in the real-estate listings business.  If you do a regular search for "real estate" or other similar keywords on Google, two new search boxes will pop down allowing you to refine your search by loaction or listing type ("for rent" or "for sale").  Then you get taken to a Google Base page with the listings plotted on a Google Map (see above).

What does this mean to you? Well, if you’re selling a house, you might want to think about getting the listing into Google Base. If you’re buying, Google’s going to continue to make it easier and easier for you to have one place to search for whatever you’re looking for — including your next house.

And if you’re an traditional real estate agent, there’s suddenly a very powerful, very visible company attempting to disrupt the market. Google’s certainly no Zillow.

    I sent you an email a few weeks back concerning Real estate Notes.

    The reason i am contacting you is, there are so many people that are losing there homes do to Foreclosers,Bank Repose,and Tax Leans.

    There are also many people that are looking to buy there first home ,but no Banks or even Investing Loan Agencies will loan , even though their credit is good and they have a substantial down payment.

The banks aren’t lending and we individuals who need to sell our homes can’t, So we carry the contract even though we set out to sell and go out and buy a new home, But know we rent because we don’t have the money to go out and buy.

    There is an answer for those who are in this corner, and its simple, You sell the contract to an investor or to a note specialist.

    Note specialist’s are a great resource, They deal with all sorts of company’s that buy all kinds of notes.

    Note specialist have so many resource’s that they can list your note and in a very short time you are getting offers back to back.
