HBN Recognizes Top Performers

Last week at the Craig Proctor SuperConference, we announced our top-performing real estate agents from each region. These agents all had phenomenal success in Q2 through our real estate leads service, MotivatedRELeads.com.

Here are the highlights of our agents’ performance just from the leads they received through MotivatedRELeads.com:

• Top performer Todd Walters had 143 new listings and over 200 transaction sides in the quarter — more than $30 million in transactions.
• Derby Perez had 15 listings totaling over $7.5 million and had to double his staff to 16 agents in order to handle the volume.
• Frank Prindle had 5 listings totaling $1.5 million and closed two more for $650,000.
• Michael Briche listed 9 properties totaling $3.1 million and has a closing pipeline in excess of $2 million.
• Aaron Kinn listed 27 properties totaling $3.8 million and had eight closings for $1.25 million.
• Bryan Pellican had 10 listings for a total of $3.5 million, closed two transactions for $550,000, and has three closings in the pipeline for over $1 million.
• Jim Petty had 14 listings totaling $4.4 million. He also closed six transaction sides totaling $1.8 million and has a $2.5 million closing pipeline.
• Chuck McGuffie listed 20 properties totaling more than $9 million and closed six transactions totaling more than $2.5 million.
